Previewing Passes

As an administrator, you can preview passes on your customer-facing Barkpass landing page at any time without creating a separate customer account.

This is useful for you to be able to preview what the application process for a given pass is going to look and feel like.

In preview mode, you can also view and apply for passes which are normally hidden from the general public, like draft passes and archived passes.

Preview a pass

To preview a pass, navigate to a pass detail page within the Barkpass admin.

At the top of the screen, find the Preview button and click it.

This will open a new tab on your customer-facing site.

If you do not already have an application for that pass, a new application will be created.
All pets, documents, and certifications added during the application process will be saved to your administrative user.

Preview sessions last a maximum of 30 minutes. You can start a new preview session at any time by visiting your Barkpass admin again.

To stop previewing a pass, click your name at the top right drop down, and select Log out.
