Pass Expiration
A buyer's application for a one-time pass will be considered expired once one of the following happens:
- For Valid Range: the Valid Until date is in the past.
- For Valid Duration: the starting date of the pass plus the number of days defined as the duration is in the past. If no starting date is provided by the buyer, the date the application is approved will mark the starting date of the pass.
- For Required Document Expiration: the date that the selected required document expires, e.g. Proof of Rabies Vaccination.
Recurring memberships never expire, unless the membership is canceled.
Pass expiration status is displayed in a number of places:
- In the approval email to buyers: The expiration date is listed in the email.
- In the admin application detail screen: The expiration date is listed near the top of the screen.
- In the buyer's pass page: The expiration date is listed near the top of the screen when a buyer is reviewing an approved application for a pass.
