Setting Pass Approval Flow

When users submit applications for a pass, you may wish to have an opportunity to approve or reject the application.

In Pass Settings, you can select an Approval Flow which determines this behavior:

• Require approval once (default): When the application is submitted initially, it will be marked as pending until you approve or reject it. Subsequent updates to an approved application by the user (for example, updating a pet's certification or documents) will keep the application in an approved status.
• Always require approval: When the application is submitted initially, it will be marked as pending until you approve or reject it. Subsequent updates to an approved application by the user (for example, updating a pet's certification or documents) will mark the application as pending again until you approve it or reject it.
• Never require approval: When the application is submitted initially, it will be marked as approved. Any subsequent updates to the application will keep the application in an approved status.
