Creating Letters for Mailing
To create letters that can be printed and mailed, start by going into Pass Settings, and selecting the new subsection "Letter Settings"
Select "Create Letter", from there enter the name of the letter, this is used for the team to select the right letter for printing. And then write out the body of the email, use the tools above the text box to format the section for your use. The top third of the page is pre-configured with information on organization, customer, tag and gate code. It is formatted for the use of a #9 double window envelop.
Printing Letters
Letters are printed from the applications section. First, filter data specific to the applications you would like to send letters to. You have the ability to select which passes, the status of each pass and the created date for the pass. The report allows you to review the records selected.
In the top right hand corner, you will see the "Print/Export" dropdown. Click on the dropdown and select the letter. Keep in mind, the letters are pass specific. If you select multiple passes, you will have to select each letter to print.
The system will generate a single PDF with all the letters, ready to be printing or emailed to another team to print and mail.
