Pausing Recurring Memberships

It's not possible for a customer to place their recurring membership on pause in Barkpass. However, a workaround solution exists involving a $0 price level.

"Pause Membership" Price Level

However, one solution is to create an admin-only price level called "Pause Membership," give it a price of $0, and apply the price level to the pet upon request by the customer.

You could additionally mark each pet's registration as Restricted to ensure they do not have access to your facilities until they re-activate their pass.

Reactivate Paused Membership Price Level

To reactivate the pet's membership, the customer or the administrator can switch the price levels on their membership to a paid membership.

If the admin marked the pet's registration as Restricted, they will need to manually unrestrict the registration.
