Canceling Applications

You may wish to cancel an application in Barkpass if:

  • The customer has applied for a pass, but it cannot be approved at this time due to constraints (e.g. pet is too young)
  • The customer intends to re-apply at another date

To cancel an application, visit the Application Details in the Barkpass admin and select the three dots dropdown at the upper right.

Select Cancel Application.

The customer will receive an email that their application to this pass has been canceled along with a link to apply for the pass again at a later date.
