Scheduled Downtime and Maintenance
Barkpass aims to be available as much as possible to ensure you and your customers can use the service as intended.
However, there may be occasional planned service disruptions. If necessary, Barkpass will perform these out of standard U.S. business hours.
If a service disruption is planned, administrator users of Barkpass will be notified ahead of time:

- Via in-app message widget
