Searching for Information
You can search for applications, pets, users, and tags within Barkpass by using the global search at the top of the page.
Pets, Users and Applications are returned based on search queries for user information like name, email and phone, as well as pet information like name and tag number.
Advanced Search
To search for a specific field, click the gear icon at the right of the global search.
You will be presented with a number of filter options, including Phone Number and Street Address.
When you select the following fields, the search results are based on relevancy and not exact matches:
- All Fields (Users and Pets)
- Phone Number
- Street Address
The following fields will only return results with exact matches:
- Tag (note: you do not need to enter the prefix, such as 2022. If the tag is 2022-32735, you can enter 32735 and the correct result will still display)
- Custom fields for Pets and Users
