Barkpass Transaction Fees
Barkpass a percentage of each transaction. This is typically inclusive of Stripe's default transaction cut, which is 2.9% of each transaction and 30 cents per transaction.
Alternate Fee Structures

Stripe also offers high volume discounts on fees. You can reach out to Stripe sales to begin this process.
Donations
Barkpass does not collect its portion of the transaction fee for the portion of a transaction which is allocated toward a donation.
For example, if a $75 transaction's line items include:
- $50 pet license
- $25 donation
Barkpass will collect only fees on:
- $50 pet license
While Stripe will collect fees on:
- $50 pet license
- $25 donation
