Maximum Pets

By default, Barkpass allows users to purchase the pass for unlimited pets. If you want to limit the number of pets for which users are able to purchase a pass, you can set a maximum number of pets.

Total pets are calculated across all applications for a pass. For example, if you limit the total number of pets for a pass to 3, and a user purchases their first pass for 2 pets, they will only be able to add 1 additional pet to new application for the same pass.

Users will be shown a warning indicator when they reach the maximum number of pets on an application, and they will be unable to add additional pets to the application. When transferring existing pets to a new application in bulk, Barkpass will only transfer up to the maximum amount of pets on the application.
