Deleting Your Organization

You can easily cancel your Barkpass subscription and delete your organization in the Barkpass admin.

Cancel Your Subscription

First, if you have an active monthly or annual subscription, visit your Billing Settings and click Manage Subscription. Then, cancel your subscription.

Delete Your Organization

Deleting your organization will erase all of your organization data, including customer accounts and purchase history. Be sure to export this data before deleting your organization in case your customers need access to it.

When you are ready to delete your organization, scroll to the bottom of your Organization Settings. 

Click Delete Organization, and confirm by entering your organization name.
