Changing Your Organization Domain

When you first create an organization on Barkpass, a domain like https://organization-name.mybarkpass.com will be created automatically for you based on your organization name.

In some cases, the domain name might be too long or hard for users to type into their browsers. In that case, you can change you domain one time to a shorter, more concise domain name of your choosing.

To change your domain name, visit your Organization Settings and scroll down to the domain section. 

• You can change your domain one time only.
• Domain changes take place immediately, and your old domain will become inaccessible. If buyers are already actively using your domain, we recommend waiting to switch until after-hours, and sending a message to let buyers know about the new address when it is live.
• Changing your domain will not change your organization name.
