Issuing Replacement Tags for Pets

If a customer needs a replacement tag, you can issue a replacement tag by clicking on the icon next to the Edit button in the list of tags.

The new tag will be assigned a new sequential tag number according to the behavior defined in the Pass settings for that tag.

Charging for replacement tags

Barkpass does not provide a way to charge customers for replacement tags.

Instead, you can use Stripe Payment Links to allow a customer to pay for a replacement tag online, or ask that they pay you in person.
